**Role**: Graphics Designer
**Location**: Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Sec 49, Haryana.
**Work Environment**: 100% WFO (in person), 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 11 - 8 pm IST.
**Work experience**: 2-3 years of experience in the corporate world of Graphics Design.

**About the Job**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to collaborate with our team on an ad-hoc basis. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing web page designs, wireframes, and other graphics as needed. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and user experience.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- **Web Page Designs**:
Ø Develop eye-catching and user-friendly web page layouts.

Ø Create mockups, prototypes, and visual designs for various web pages.

Ø Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- **Wireframes**:
Ø Produce wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for new features or enhancements.

Ø Translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive visual representations.

Ø Iterate on wireframes based on feedback and usability testing.
- **Graphic Design**:
Ø Design banners, icons, logos, and other visual assets.

Ø Ensure consistency in branding across different platforms.

Ø Optimize graphics for web and mobile devices.
- **Ad-Hoc Projects**:
Ø Be available for occasional design tasks as needed.

Ø Adapt quickly to changing requirements and deadlines.

Ø Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.

**Qualifications -**
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably with web design expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Additional Information -**
- Compensation will be based on the complexity and scope of each project.
