**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce compelling video content for social media, websites,

advertisements, and other platforms. Ensure the final output is engaging, polished, and

aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Graphic Design**: Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content

strategies, including storyboards and visual concepts for various video and graphic design

projects.
- **Post-Production**: Perform color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements to

ensure high-quality video output.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all video and graphic content aligns with the company’s brand identity, style, and tone.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, social media,

and design teams, to understand project needs and deliver compelling visual content.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

without compromising on quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro,

After Effects, and other video editing and design software.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong creative thinking, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take

constructive feedback and make revisions when needed.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and graphic design work, including previous projects you’ve worked on.

**For Freshers**:

- A strong demonstration of your skills through sample projects or personal work.
- Completion of a relevant degree or coursework in graphic design, motion graphics, or a

related field.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for design and visual storytelling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Illustrator or other graphic design software is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D design is a bonus.
- Experience with video compression, file management, and formats for various platforms.
