Currently we have Opening for Female Tele sales Manager / Tele counsellor for permanent work from office based in Goregaon, Mumbai.
- Package: 25,000 - 40,000 Per Month + Performance bonus + Other benefits
- Experience: 1 years to 5 years, Outbound calling (Domestic) in Sales

(Preferred from any Education / Edutech based company
- for Early learning)
- Shift Timings: 9 hours (Day shift) (6 Days working)

1 day-off which will be during the week
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

**Job Specifications**:

- Attend the Prescheduled meeting (through Google Meet) with Parents (Hot leads)
- Giving 30 Min Video Based Demo presentation - Sharing product & program features, information, need about the product & how to use it
- Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future
- Successfully closing sales deals
- Follow-ups with old leads & clients

**Functional Skill required**:

- Should have the zeal in lead generation, achieving targets & selling products
- Must have strong interpersonal, Relationship building & Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations.
- Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
- Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process need
- Working knowledge of IVR Based Calling, Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
