**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock updates across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure products are properly categorized, tagged, and optimized for search engines.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory and stock levels.
- **Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns and special offers to increase sales.
- Monitor product performance, identify top-selling items, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that e-commerce content aligns with brand guidelines.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and work with logistics to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and analyze e-commerce performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
- Provide regular reports on sales, customer behavior, conversion rates, and inventory levels.
- Identify trends and insights to drive optimization and improve customer experience.
- **Website & Platform Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor and enhance the user experience (UX) of the website or marketplace.
- Stay up-to-date on platform policies, trends, and e-commerce best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkar, meesho, Myntra).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).

**Skills**:

- E-commerce Platform Management.
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
