**Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Chemistry**

As a PGT Chemistry teacher, you will play a vital role in imparting knowledge, guiding students, and preparing them for CBSE board exams in Class 10 and 12.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Delivery**:Prepare and deliver engaging and well-structured Chemistry lessons following the CBSE curriculum for Class 11 and 12.

**CBSE Board Exam Preparation**:Develop comprehensive study plans and examination strategies to prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams in Chemistry.
Conduct regular mock exams and practice tests to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Student Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluate and grade students' performance in classwork, homework, assignments, and exams in a timely and fair manner.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them enhance their understanding and performance.

**Laboratory Management**:Oversee the Chemistry laboratory, ensuring it is well-equipped and safe for conducting experiments.
Plan and conduct practical sessions to demonstrate and reinforce theoretical concepts.

**Student Mentoring and Support**:Provide academic and personal guidance to students, acting as a mentor and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Assist students in their career and higher education choices, encouraging them to explore opportunities in the field of Chemistry.

**Parent and Teacher Communication**:Maintain regular communication with parents, updating them on their child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and conferences as required.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry education and teaching methodologies.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field with a B.Ed. degree.
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing classroom activities efficiently.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools to enhance teaching and learning.
