**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for clients.
- Create and curate compelling content (including text, images, and video) tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and optimization.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic guidance, and deliver measurable results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn).
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
