Designing and implementing MEL plans for specific projects, including developing logical frameworks and indicators.
- Development and customization of data collection tools and formats for field-level monitoring.
- Coordinate the collection, collation, and entry of project data from field teams and partners.
- Conduct regular data verification checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain organized and updated databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
- Prepare draft reports, data summaries, charts, and data dashboards for internal analysis and donor reporting by creating compelling stories and actionable insights from data
- Execution of surveys and assessments (baseline, midline, endline, etc.), including coordination with external research agencies or interns.
- Collaborate with the program teams to resolve data gaps or quality issues.
- Document learnings, case studies, and best practices in coordination with project leads.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of MEL inputs for programmatic reviews and reporting.
- Participate in MEL meetings and contribute to improving monitoring systems and practices.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Population Studies, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning functions, preferably in the development sector.
- Thorough understanding of MEL concepts including theory of change, logframes, and indicator tracking.
- Experience in data collection, data cleaning, data entry, and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools such as KoBoToolbox, ODK, and Google Forms. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SPSS, STATA, or Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Ability to summarize findings and present them in a clear and structured format.
- Effective coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new systems, and contribute to building a robust MEL function.
- Working knowledge of Kannada is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
