**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous assistance.
- Address inquiries from customers and guests, providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Create and manage social media posts on Facebook and Instagram to promote our products and engage with our audience.
- Conduct telecalling to reach out to potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Assist with sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
- Address any post-sales issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Basic proficiency in speaking Hindi and Punjabi or just hindi will also do
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- previous experious though not neccessery but is preffered
- Basic understanding of office administrative processes.
