**Sales Requirement**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Facility Management and Interior Projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, corporate clients, architects, and PMC (Project Management Consultant) firms.
- Prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs, develop competitive commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
- Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with internal project and technical teams to evaluate project feasibility, cost estimations, and delivery timelines.
- Set revenue targets, track business development KPIs, and ensure the team’s performance aligns with the company's strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Proven track record in business development or sales in FM, interiors, or construction sectors.
- Strong network of contacts among developers, corporates, architects, and consultants.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead client meetings, prepare detailed proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
