**Job Title**: Chemical Purchase Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Purchasing**:

- Identify, evaluate, and source chemicals, raw materials, and other related products required for production, from both domestic and international suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers on price, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the best value and timely delivery.
- Maintain a reliable and cost-effective supply chain for critical chemicals and materials.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery.
- Assess vendor performance and conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Resolve any disputes or issues with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor chemical inventory levels to ensure there are no shortages that could disrupt production.
- Coordinate with production teams to forecast chemical requirements and ensure timely orders.
- Maintain proper records of orders, deliveries, and stock levels in the inventory management system.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and inventory management within the chemical sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Chemical sales: 1 year (preferred)
