Responsibilities:
1. Door-to-Door Sales:

- Conduct door-to-door visits in residential areas throughout Amravati to introduce and demonstrate ourhome-building and home decor items.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their home improvement needs and preferences.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our products, addressing customer inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Effectively communicate product pricing, discounts, and promotions to generate interest and close sales.

2. Relationship Building:

- Establish strong rapport with potential and existing customers, focusing on building lasting relationships based on trust and credibility.
- Follow up with customers after initial visits to address any concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing the brand's reputation within the community.

3. Sales Targets:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase sales revenue.
- Keep track of sales performance and report regularly to the Sales Manager.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home building and home decor items, including features, materials, and design options.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.

5. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Marketing team to enhance sales materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales, preferably within the home building or home decor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing environments.
- Familiarity with the Amravati area and its residential neighborhoods is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
