We are seeking a **creative, analytical, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer** (Intern / Junior Level) to work on exciting projects such as an **Employee Wellness & Fitness Engagement App** and an **AI-driven Sentiment Analysis Platform**. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, explore, and grow while working on real-world projects that involve end-to-end design ownership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Research & Analysis**:

- Perform feasibility studies for new features and design flows.
- **UX Design & Flow**:

- Translate client requirements and business objectives into **intuitive, user-friendly journeys**.
- Create **wireframes, user flows, and prototypes** for both mobile and web platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
- **UI Design**:

- Design clean, modern, and professional interfaces aligned with client branding.
- Deliver design assets (screens, components, style guides) for developers.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
- Work with internal stakeholders to scope requirements and refine features.
- **Documentation & Support**:

- Prepare design specifications, flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.
- Support post-implementation refinements by analyzing user feedback.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch** (basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- **UX Knowledge**: Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to conduct **competitor analysis** and **market benchmarking**.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with clients & developers.
- **Mindset**: Problem-solving, curious, and willing to take ownership of projects.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Flutter basics) for better collaboration with developers.
- Exposure to **AI-driven products** or wellness/fitness apps.
- Prior internship or project work in UX research or design.
