An Ambitious **COO - Chief operating officer** is one who can contribute immense value by intelligently planning and making Strategic decisions and above all is constantly learning. **BrainLoop** is an educational institution and **PsyArch** is an Architectural firm. We are looking for a dynamic MBA professional who is resourceful and shows good initiative. Also design sensibility is desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and support different departments, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and provide creative solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate business performance, track revenue, and research ways to increase profitability and reduce risks.
- Understand each department's functioning and help them meet their goals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, customers, vendors, and third parties.
- Negotiate settlements with external agencies for the best deals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
