We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented **Sales Executives** to join our growing team As a Sales Executive, you will generate leads, convert them into customers, and help drive revenue for our business.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Education**: B.Pharma, D.Pharma, M.Pharma, any Graduation preferred
- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills English
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, or other lead-generation tools
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and grow

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our products/services through direct and indirect channels.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
- Meet monthly sales targets and work towards earning performance-based commissions.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain brand integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic understanding of using social media for lead generation.
- A laptop/Smartphone with internet connectivity is a must.
