As a Designer in the Proposal team, you will be responsible for preparation of Layout drawings for Grinding products and retrofits offerings, across the global. You need to bring layout solutions for greenfield and brownfield proposals which are complex in nature.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Flow sheets, General arrangement drawings/3D model, Plot plan for Grinding related solutions in cement plant.
- Integration of existing 3D scanned images, new solutions and make flythrough videos.
- Visit sites to check layout feasibility in existing plants and customer collaboration
- Study existing civil and structural drawings to identify any major interferences with existing structure and to inform sales/client during proposal stage itself.
- Understanding Tender requirements & Process diagrams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure feasible solution design.
- Timely completion of proposals with desired quality.
- Make various options & optimization in Plot plan/Layout/GA to make cost-effective and feasible solutions in Proposals.
- Constantly improving technical skills and keep updating on the latest developments in Cement plant Equipment’s & Systems.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 Yrs of layout experience or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with 2-4Yrs of layout experience in cement industry.
- Good knowledge of Cement industry equipment's, systems
- Tools : AutoCad, Solidworks, Navisworks, Revit, Recap
- Conceptual thinking, Visualization & problem solving ability.
- Proactive & Good team player..

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
