Job Opportunity:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- IT Infrastructure Management: Supervise and upkeep the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Technical Support: Provide timely assistance to end-users, diagnose hardware and software problems, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Network Administration: Assist in managing the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT security standards by implementing and maintaining security protocols, antivirus software, and data backup solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT systems, configurations, and user support activities.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with external vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work night shifts as required.
