Mohali district Punjab, India VISION FINANCE Full time

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Develop 3 & 5-Axis CNC programs for machining of complex aerospace and defense hardware in a variety of materials including, but not limited to, inconel, titanium, alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminums, and composites.

Create complete work package consisting of CNC program, machining operation setup sheets, tool lists and other related documentation for use by machinist.

Analyze engineering drawings and required specifications to develop CNC program and process flow to meet drawing requirements.

Work with manufacturing engineering and machinists to develop manufacturing processes, including detailed work instructions, manufacturing sketches/drawings and other shop floor documentation.

Assist in developing manufacturing fixturing and tooling.

Provide shop floor support to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.

Work with manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and manufacturing groups to utilize root cause analysis and corrective action plans to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.

Analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods to provide solutions that positively affect cost, operator safety, productivity, and quality.

Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.

Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers and co-workers.

NX CAD/CAM

Solidcam

Tooling and fixturing design

Renishaw CNC machine probing and inspection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
