**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Execution of Received Orders**:

- Coordinate with the Purchase department for PO requisitions, material follow-ups, and QC solutions.
- Work with Stores to ensure proper packing of orders.
- Collaborate with Logistics for freight calculations, invoicing, and ensuring quick delivery.
- Liaise with Accounts for receivables and maintaining customer accounts.
- Partner with the Data Entry Operator to update records and manage MIS.

**Interaction with Existing Customers**:

- Provide quotes to customers promptly.
- Answer product-related and other queries from customers.
- Provide shipping information and update customers on in-transit shipments.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments as per payment terms.
- Resolve any quality issues raised by customers.

**Ensuring Increased Sales with Existing Customers**:

- Review MIS reports to understand customer sales trends (product-wise, volume-wise, country-wise) and address any declining trends.
- Audit customer websites to understand their product offerings and identify opportunities for selling our products.

**Key Attributes for Success**:

- Understand the products we sell and the processes we follow.
- Maintain systematic data and follow-up processes.
- Organize and file information efficiently for quick retrieval.
- Schedule tasks effectively to ensure none are missed.
- Understand the purpose and source of data for each task.
- Make notes and bookmark important sites and sheets for easy reference.
- Use a scheduler to manage and prioritize tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of logistics, accounts receivable, and data management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
