The Baby Care Staff is responsible for providing nurturing and attentive care to infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Child Care**:

- Provide hands-on care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to encourage physical, cognitive, and social development.
- **Free Accommodation**:

- Reside in the provided accommodation facility during the employment period.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
- **Communication with Parents**:

- Establish and maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding the child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Provide updates on developmental milestones and noteworthy events.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure the well-being of the children.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning and sanitizing toys, equipment, and play areas.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities, including sleep patterns, meals, and any noteworthy events.
- Document and report any unusual behavior or health-related concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other child care staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning of activities and routines.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and child care.
- Attend relevant workshops or training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
- Follow established emergency procedures and communicate with parents as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in early childhood education is a plus.
- Previous experience in child care, preferably with infants and toddlers.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is desirable.
