**Job Type**: Part-Time (Only Female)

**POSITION: TELECALLER**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain course details, benefits, and guide students towards suitable programs.
- Maintain student records and call logs in MS Excel or CRM.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Share information on new batches, offers, or discounts.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and support front-desk when required.
- Coordinate with academic counselors and admin team for smooth onboarding.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi
- Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.
- Friendly, target-oriented, and confident personality.
