**Position: Pega Business Architect**

**Location: Remote**

**No of Position: 01**

**Requisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Pega systems, including design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related technologies.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements and translate these into functional specifications.
- Design and architect Pega solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the Pega system.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired end states, and recommend solutions to bridge these gaps.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega technology and incorporate these into the organization’s practices.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
