**About the Role**:
We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and dependable **Customer Relations Executive** to manage inbound calls and client interactions. This is a part-time or freelance opportunity — ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a calm and persuasive communication style, and is looking to grow into a more permanent role in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and queries from leads and clients
- Maintain polite, professional, and engaging communication in both English and Hindi
- Document call details and follow up when necessary
- Build positive relationships with leads and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with internal team members and report feedback or client needs

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **both English and Hindi** (spoken)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or telecalling is a bonus

**Preference**:
**Type**:

- Freelance / Part-time
- Work-from-home to start
- Can be transitioned to a full-time, in-office role based on performance and mutual interest
