We are hiring for Internal Auditor or Compliance Officer at Nutrich Foods Pvt. Ltd. Based at Shiroli MIDC Kolhapur.

Onrole Job

Salary Range - 25-30 K

Shift - General Shift (Can come in rotational shift whenever needed)

Roles and Responsibilities
- 1) Liaison & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between top management and employees, relaying strategic goals, customer requirements, and important updates.

2) Compliance & Audits:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements by developing, implementing, and auditing management systems.

3) Process Monitoring:
Oversee and evaluate internal processes and workflows to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

4) Strategic Alignment:
Align departmental operations with executive strategies and goals, developing and implementing plans to enhance overall organizational performance and utilisation of company resources.

5) Reporting:
Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational efficiency and the performance of management systems.

6) Continuous Improvement:
Drive and facilitate initiatives for continuous improvement across cross functional departments.

7) Training:
Train staff on compliance standards, new procedures, policies and quality standards.

8) Quality Management Systems:
In roles focused on quality, ensure processes for management systems (like ISO 9001) are established, implemented, and maintained.

9) Renewal of important lisence related to factory or Office Premises
- Renewal of important lisence like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSAI, Factory Licence etc.

10) New Software Implementation and Execution

Qualifications and Education
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is often required.

Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management representative role or ISO Audit facing.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of industry standards, such as ISO 9001, and experience with auditing and implementing management systems.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, analytical, multitasking, and leadership skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
