Job Title: Oracle Cloud Procurement Techno-Functional Overview:As an Oracle Cloud Procurement Techno-Functional you will be responsible for the implementation configuration and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions within our organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement modules and a deep understanding of procurement business processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders technical teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to procurement processes including sourcing purchasing supplier management and contract management. Solution Design: Design end-to-end procurement solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Procurement modules such as Procurement Contracts Purchasing Sourcing Supplier Portal and Supplier Qualification Management ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Procurement modules to meet business requirements including setup of requisition and purchase order flows approval hierarchies procurement catalogs supplier profiles and contract templates. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud Procurement and other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud third-party logistics systems and financial systems to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality performance and reliability of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality standards. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules including conducting training sessions creating user guides and troubleshooting issues. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the procurement function collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes and drive efficiencies. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies regulatory requirements and industry standards in the configuration and operation of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. Implement governance mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Information Technology or related field. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions with hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules such as Procurement Contracts Purchasing Sourcing and Supplier Portal. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices including strategic sourcing supplier management contract management and procurement operations. Technical expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Procurement modules including familiarity with Oracle Cloud configuration tools data models and integration capabilities. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware platforms for integrating Oracle Cloud Procurement with other enterprise systems. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle databases for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,795,200.00 per year
