**Work Mode**: Work from Office only

**Notice Period**:Maximum 30 days notice will be acceptable. **Immediate joiners will be preferred.**
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions. Expertise in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
- Proficient in HCM modules in techno-functional capacity, including but not limited to Core HR, Compensation, ORC, etc.
- Expertise in technical tools — developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Data Loads.
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud solution to customer and other Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery.
- Functional expertise to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HCM Cloud solutions.
- Be the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure that customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve beneficial solutions cost effectiveness, quality and reusability.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
