Top duties for a Recruitment coordinator at Zoom:- Partnering with different departments and stakeholders within the business.- Assisting in global projects.- Partner with HR and recruiting teams to meet deliverables and make continuous improvement to recruiting processes- Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Minimum qualificationsExperience in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume of work- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage time, prioritize and work independently- Ability to take on new tasks and technology quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting, HR, administrative or customer service experience- Experience with GoodTime- Experience with Workday Recruiting
