**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Trainer - Food and Beverage Assistant** to join our team and contribute to the success of our skill development programs. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive training sessions, equipping students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills required in the hospitality sector, and preparing them for promising career opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Relevant degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in training or working in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
- **Certification**: Trainer of Trainers (ToT) certification is **mandatory** for this role.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively train and engage with students.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Development**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on food and beverage service, hygiene, customer service, and industry best practices.
- **Practical Learning**: Provide hands-on training to help students develop technical skills essential for the hospitality industry.
- **Motivating Students**: Encourage and inspire students to actively pursue employment opportunities upon completing their training.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment to ensure maximum student participation and knowledge retention.
