**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- 1. The fulfillment associate needs to maintain the TAT (turnaround time) for the fulfillment, dispatch and delivery of the products.
- 2. Need to ensure that the quality of products being packed are maintained as per the company standards.
- 3. Logictics - Cost efficiency and ensure the quality of delivery so that there is minimum variance per order.
- 4. Needs to co-ordinate with the procurement team, operations team and the sales team to ensure smooth flow in terms of end to end fulfillment.
- 5. Maintenance of high quality for samples being sent to new distributors with a catalogue and thank you note.
- 6. Review of delivery to identify the gaps and give feedback to the sales team.

**Experience, Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in fulfillment and logistics.
- Data-driven and analytical
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated negotiation, vendor management and leadership experience

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
