**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and design **templates, graphics, and social media posts** for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan, write, and **schedule posts across multiple platforms** using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers.
- Collaborate with the **content and marketing team** to plan campaigns, events, and masterclasses.
- Track and analyze **social media performance metrics** to optimize engagement.
- Support in **content marketing, SEO activities, and community building**.
- Assist in **basic performance marketing campaigns** (Google Ads, Meta Ads) - _good to have_.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: BBA, MBA (Marketing/HR), BCA, B.Tech, or any graduate/undergraduate with strong interest in digital marketing.
- **Experience**: 6-12 months of experience in **Social Media / EdTech / Marketing** preferred.
- Knowledge of **Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms**.
- Good **communication, writing, and creative thinking skills**.
- Ability to handle **multiple social media platforms** effectively.
- Knowledge of **performance marketing ads** (preferred).
