- Prepares service report by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Answers queries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing resolution
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

**Qualification**

**Degree (required)**

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Graduate & need to have good convincing skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Flexible to work under rotational shift
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- A self-motivated individual

**7:30PM - 5:00AM (Monday to Friday)**

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
