- Manage the complete order lifecycle — from confirmation and sampling to production follow-up and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers/customers, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as POs, T&A, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences to offer relevant solutions.

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the têxtile/apparel industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
