**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for medical students in alignment with the academic curriculum.
- Develop and review course materials, syllabi, and instructional content.
- Mentor and guide students through their learning journey, ensuring an interactive and dynamic learning environment.
- Assess student performance through written exams, practical assessments, and continuous evaluation.
- **Research and Development**:

- Engage in clinical, laboratory, or theoretical research to contribute to advancements in medical sciences.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.
- Encourage and guide students in their research endeavors, fostering a culture of academic inquiry and innovation.
- **Clinical Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise and provide hands-on training to medical students in clinical settings, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior faculty and medical professionals in organizing clinical rotations and practical training sessions.
- **Administrative and Institutional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and accreditation processes.
- Contribute to institutional initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching quality, student satisfaction, and overall academic excellence.
- **Student Support and Development**:

- Provide academic counseling and support to students facing challenges in their coursework.
- Participate in student extracurricular activities such as workshops, seminars, and health awareness programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to ensure student success.
