- Provide expert advice to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including choosing the right universities, courses, countries, and programs.
- Assist students in shortlisting institutions that match their academic and personal goals.
- **Application Process**:

- Help students with document preparation, including recommendation letters, statement of purpose (SOP), and resumes.
- **Visa Assistance**:

- Keep updated on visa policy changes and ensure students' documentation is compliant.
- **Financial Guidance**:

- Assist in exploring scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and loan facilities available for studying abroad.
- Advise on cost-of-living aspects and budgeting for overseas education.
- **Counseling and Career Guidance**:

- Offer counseling regarding career prospects after studying abroad.
- Help students choose courses based on their long-term career goals and market demand.
- **Coordination with Universities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with overseas universities, admissions officers, and academic counselors.
- Keep track of university deadlines, admission criteria, and any changes to admission policies.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Participate in events like education fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote study abroad programs.
- Promote the company’s services through digital platforms and student networks.
- **Post-Admission Support**:

- Provide pre-departure briefings, assisting students with travel arrangements, accommodation, and cultural orientation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students post-admission to ensure a smooth transition.
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in education, counseling, business, or related fields).
- Postgraduate degree (optional, but a plus).
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in overseas education counseling, recruitment, or student advisory roles.
- Knowledge of global education systems and admission processes, especially for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and European nations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients.
- Basic understanding of global visa policies and procedures.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Empathetic and patient with students and parents.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong networking abilities and a good rapport with educational institutions.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
