**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**:1. **Production Data Management**
- Enter daily production data (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
- Track output per machine or operator.
- Maintain records of fabric consumption and wastage.

2. **Inventory Management**
- Update stock levels of raw materials (fabrics, elastics, trims).
- Maintain finished goods inventory.
- Record inward/outward movement of materials from stores.

3. **Order & Sales Data Entry**
- Input customer order details (style, size, quantity, delivery date).
- Generate invoices and packing lists.
- Maintain records of dispatch and delivery.

4. **Quality Control Records**
- Enter quality check reports (rejections, defects, rework).
- Maintain data on inspections at various stages (in-line, final).

5. **Vendor and Purchase Records**
- Enter purchase orders and bills from suppliers.
- Update vendor details and material receipt records.

6. **Payroll and Attendance (Optional, if HR-related)**
- Record attendance of tailors, helpers, and other staff.
- Assist with timesheets and overtime records.

7. **Reporting**
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Prepare production status reports for team leads or supervisors.

8. **Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with production supervisors, storekeepers, and QC teams for data collection.
- Escalate discrepancies or delays to the concerned department.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
