We are seeking a **Site Supervisor** for our projects in **Mumbai **with over **6 years** of experience.

**Qualification**
- HSC/SSC passed with over 6 years of construction experience.
- Basic computer knowledge. (Word/Excel/Power point).

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction material.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials.
- Minimize wastage and inefficiency by reviewing quantities of materials received or used during specified periods.
- Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
- Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers.
- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures.
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.
- Communicating the progress report to the Site Engineer or Project Team Leader.
- Attending any on-site meetings or events.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
