Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and effective healthcare environment.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice.

Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
