The Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves triaging patients, assessing their medical needs, and implementing appropriate interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough assessments of patients upon arrival.
- Triage patients based on acuity and urgency of medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status; document changes and respond accordingly.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case discussions.
- Prepare for and respond to medical emergencies, including code blue situations.
- Assist in the performance of procedures such as intubation, suturing, and wound care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and near misses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
- Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based guidelines in emergency nursing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
