To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Plant Production Supervisor within the Manufacturing team This position will be located in Gokak.

Our Team

The manufacturing function ensures that right products with right quality are delivered on time as per plan and within the defined resources. The major challenge is to achieve machine run targets with a focus on safety.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure overall plant operations during shifts, adhering to safety norms - work permit systems, toolbox talk, avoiding unsafe acts & unsafe conditions, reporting near misses etc.,- Ensure plant/Equipment hygiene, Housekeeping and Food safety regulations- Adhere to daily management routines- Co-ordinate and guide the Operators for better plant operation- To run the plant as per production schedule- Troubleshoot process issues to ensure continuous and uninterrupted production- Focus on Efficiencies, Plant availability and reliability- Meet the inprocess quality standards to achieve first time right FG quality- Co-ordinate with inter-departments like Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical and Cogen to resolve/troubleshoot engineering related issues- Key focus on teamwork for executing SPC projects- Update the logbooks and Production related reports- Participate in Brainstorming, providing ideas, resolve issues for smooth plant operation
