**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)**

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be part of our digital marketing team, responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresher to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative and engaging content for digital campaigns.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and provide insights to enhance effectiveness.

Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Help optimize website content and landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO,

Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their usage for business purposes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced agency setting.

**Experience**:0-2 years

**Salary**:Rs. 1.80 - 2.20 LPA

**Location**:CP-61 Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

**Work from office**:9:30AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
