**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Quantitative background in engineering, mathematics, finance, or an MBA
- 2. Minimum 1-8 years of hands-on experience in building compelling data visualizations using Power
- BI, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
- 3. Excellent problem-solving, with ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- for business stakeholders
- 4. Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex and abstract technological concepts
- to business stakeholders.
- 5. Must have creative approach and rigor to design & develop insightful, visually compelling, and
- engaging executive & operational dashboards
- 6. Proficiency in SQL for extraction, aggregating and processing large volume of
- structured/unstructured data
- 7. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snow flake), data architecture
- fundamentals.
- 8. Proficiency in data acquisition and data preparation by pulling data from various databases.
- 9. Self-driven and ability to learn new, unfamiliar tools and deliver on ambiguous projects with- incomplete data.1. Design and Develop compelling data visualizations with user-centric design.
- 2. Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements, propose and implement creative yet
- pragmatic solutions.
- 3. Partner with data engineers, data architects to build advanced, scalable, efficient self-service BI
- infrastructure
- 4. Work with data engineering, data science & digital marketing teams on data warehousing
