**About the role**:

- As a Category Associate, your expertise will crucially support the growth and stability of our product portfolio. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a vibrant cross-functional team, driving innovation and ensuring excellence in everything we develop. - Lead project and non-project activities to ensure the continued success of the Reckitt product portfolio.
- Manage the preparation of technical documentation for regulatory submissions in healthcare categories.
- Ensure timely and standard-compliant execution of project milestones.
- Provide guidance and, where applicable, leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Support the wider R & D Operations department with audit preparations and maintenance activities.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance and efficiency within the team.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven ability to contribute to R & D activities, with experience in a GMP environment being beneficial.
- Competency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A record of effective problem-solving, demonstrating independence and initiative-taking.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for leading, inspiring, and collaborating with a team.
- A results-focused approach, ready to evaluate and embrace calculated risks for innovation.
- Flexibility and accountability with a knack for challenging the status quo and driving improvements.
