Role : Laundry Supervisor

Location : Banashankari, Bangalore (Onsite)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens, uniforms, and guest clothing.
- Allocate work schedules and assign tasks to laundry attendants.
- Inspect laundered items for quality and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records of linen inventory, damages, and laundry production reports.
- Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of laundry machines and equipment.
- Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments for smooth operations.
- Train and guide laundry staff on safety procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor energy and water usage, promoting cost-efficient operations.
- Handle guest or department laundry requests promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3**-5 years of experience** in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel, hospital, or facility management environment.
- Strong understanding of different fabrics, detergents, and stain removal techniques.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment maintenance and safety standards.

**Education**:

- **Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree** in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in Laundry Operations or Facility Management is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,980.97 - ₹15,000.00 per month
