**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Legal Advisory**:

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate law, commercial agreements, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Advise on the legal aspects of new and existing business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with laws, rulings, and regulations.

**2. Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and renewal.

**3. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate such risks.
- Develop and implement legal strategies and processes to minimize risk and protect the company's assets.

**4. Litigation Management**:

- Oversee and manage any litigation or legal disputes involving the company, including coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory hearings, or negotiations.

**5. Corporate Governance**:

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and practices.
- Support the Board of Directors and senior management with legal matters related to corporate governance, employee and employer issues.

**6. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise the company accordingly.

**7. Employee Relations**:

- Provide legal support on employment-related matters, including employee contracts, disputes, and compliance with labour laws and in some case if required handle court cases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

**8. Training & Development**:

- Develop and conduct training programs on legal and compliance matters for employees.
- Promote legal awareness and ensure that the company’s staff are educated on relevant legal issues.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
