Responsibilities:

- Supporting our Litigation team, including research projects and assisting with discovery and litigation analysis;
- Supporting our IP Legal team, including patent and trademark related legal analysis;
- Privacy and regulatory legal research and project management;
- Assistance with contract negotiation and drafting agreements;
- Contract review and summaries;
- Updating agreement templates and identifying process improvements;
- Working with the supervisor, providing advice to client contacts on legal issues;
- Legal writing and research;
- Litigation support;
- Assistance with organizing/storing patent acquisition materials, processing system audits;
- Legal research and memos;
- Developing and tracking metrics;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Contract law In addition, the legal intern will visit a few selected warehouses and customer service support centers;
- Contract law;
- An interest in the distribution business and an interest in developing a business-focused legal approach;
- Detail oriented;
- successful in-house legal team;
- 2nd or 3rd year law student with solid academic record;
- Externship/academic credit with your law school may be facilitated;
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week;
- Proven flexibility, initiative and self-reliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
