Vel Riders Is Seeking A Highly Motivated And Skilled Telecaller To Join Our Team. As A Telecaller, You Will Be Responsible For Contacting Potential Customers And Promoting Our Car And Bike Rental Services. You Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls, Handling Inbound Inquiries, And Providing Excellent Customer Service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Inbound Inquiries And Provide Accurate Information About Our Rental Services
- Maintain A Database Of Customer Information And Update It Regularly
- Set Appointments For Customers To View Our Rental Vehicles
- Follow Up With Customers Who Have Shown Interest In Our Services
- Resolve Customer Complaints And Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Achieve Weekly And Monthly Sales Targets
- Maintain Knowledge Of Company Products And Services
- Communicate Effectively With Team Members And Management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Sales Skills And Ability To Achieve Sales Targets
- Ability To Multitask And Manage Time Effectively
- Good Computer Skills
- Positive Attitude And Willingness To Learn
- Fluent In English, Hindi, Gujarati (Additional Languages Are A Plus)
