**HIRING OPTOMETRIST**

We at **One Optics** looking for **Optometrist **who provide the patient with the most accurate and precise lens prescription to improve their vision, taking into consideration individual preferences and needs which is used to create eyeglasses or contact lenses tailored to the patient's specific requirements.

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and determine any refractive errors or vision disorders.

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and determine any refractive errors or vision disorders.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other visual aids to correct refractive errors like nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
- Determine appropriate lens prescriptions based on patient needs and test results.
- Fit patients for contact lenses, including soft, rigid gas permeable, and specialty lenses.
- Educate patients on proper contact lens hygiene and care.
- Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that best suit their needs, style, and prescription.
- Recommend suitable lens types, such as single vision, bifocal, trifocal, or progressive lenses.
- Accurately measure the patient's facial features, including pupillary distance (PD), bridge width, and temple length, to ensure the proper fit of eyeglasses.
- Assist in frame adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort, stability, and alignment on the patient's face.
- Assist patients with eyeglass repairs and adjustments, including fixing loose screws, replacing nose pads, and realigning frames.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, frame brands, lens technologies, and industry developments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of current eye care technology and equipment.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in patient care.
