**Requirements**:

- Graduate in English Literature, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is mandatory
- Proven working experience in instructional design and instructional technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Good knowledge of course development software and at least one LMS
- Excellent storyboarding skills
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Basic knowledge of Captivate / Storyline / Lectora / Rise is highly desirable
- Knowledge of eLearning compliance & standards

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, (UI) user interface and the finished product
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Help create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
- Maintain project documentation and course folders

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
