Our flagship platform, Master Data Online (MDO), enables accurate, compliant, and relevant master data for asset-intensive industries including Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing.We pride ourselves on agility, collaboration, and innovation delivering real value to customers while fostering a diverse, growth-driven culture that encourages learning, embraces challenges, and celebrates success.Must have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, English, or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).Proven ability to design and develop learning assets—eLearning modules, video scripts, assessments, and job aids.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command over English grammar and tone.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Thinkific, Moodle, TalentLMS).Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teaGood to haveExperience in a SaaS or software product training environment.Working knowledge of authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.Exposure to video editing and screen recording tools (e.g., Camtasia, OBS Studio, Storylane).Familiarity with tools for visual design (Canva, Figma) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.Experience contributing to Help Centre documentation or knowledge bases.Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or training methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Instructional Designer reporting to the Head of Product Training & Communications, your core responsibility will be to maintain and develop course templates, models, standards, and proceduresCollaborate with team to use subject matter expert (SME) provided content to design, create, implement, and maintain trainings for a global audiencePerform needs and task analysis, scope of projects, and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content.Independently create storyboards, video scripts, job aids, scenarios, case studies, learning activities, online course content, web applications, infographics, learning assessments, and user guides using various instructional design theoriesCreate engaging quizzes, simulations, and assessments based on learning and performance objectivesManage complex relationships with global SMEs in an environment with short deadlines and high business impactStay up to date of the latest trends and best practices in the eLearning and instructional design community to enhance and expand on training deliverablesCollaborate with the team to ensure quality standards are met on all projects and support with review to ensure consistencyWhat will you get:Growth Path:At Prospecta, this role offers a clear and rewarding growth path—from content creation to strategic enablement leadership.
