**Job Description**:
**Job Role**: Commercial Associate**
- Will be responsible for commercial transactions related to Decor, this includes SKU definitions, OPC/Process OPC/Dealer introduction, Order collection / processing, Inward & Way bill processing, Production & dispatch schedule coordination with OPCs / Process OPCs / Transporters.
- Will be responsible for coordination with respective stake holders (Internal as well as External) for execution of orders and logistics
- In case of APL warehousing, coordination with CFA& Transporter for smooth inward, stocking and logistics arrangement.
- Maintaining MIS sales orders received, fulfilled, WIP, Cancelled / MRV, Damaged payments as well as collections & keeping records of all transactions, documents and approvals.
- Circulation of Reports to hierarchy
- Master sales report
- Master Stock report at OPC or at APL warehouse
- Invoicing, Collection, payment receipts, discounts tracker at category level.
- Agreement with various vendors, customers tracker status
