**Responsibilities**:
▪ Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

▪ Provide excellent customer support to key accounts, to ensure that their issues are resolved

efficiently and to their satisfaction.

▪ Develop a deep understanding of the key accounts' business requirements, challenges, and

objectives

▪ Handle any conflicts or disputes that may arise between the company and key accounts in a

diplomatic and professional manner

▪ Prepare performance metrics related to key accounts, such as sales performance, satisfaction, and

retention rates.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and

customer support, to provide a seamless experience to key accounts and address their specific

needs

▪ Gather feedback from key accounts and use it to improve their experience with the organization

**Skils Required**:
▪ Good Presentation skills and Good interpersonal skills

▪ Self-driven, Proactive, Able to handle pressure & drive to take initiatives

▪ Good at working on Excel and PowerPoint for making Reports and Presentations.

**Salary**: ₹25,196.03 - ₹30,388.32 per month
